Preparation of your TYPO3 hotline call
You might want the 10 free minutes to be sufficient to solve your problem, therefore we recommend to prepare your call at the TYPO3 hotline. Please write down:
- Which TYPO3 version do you work with?
- In case of problems with an extension: what is the name and which version do you use?
- Which access rights do you have (administrator or editor)?
- What is exactly the problem (the question)?
Please, log in to backend before your call, if possible.
Of course, you can also call the TYPO3 hotline spontaneously and without this preparation, if you do not mind that the call might take longer than ten minutes and if so, you would have to pay for the further minutes.
